This Privacy Policy explains how ARKM Tech, LLC (“ARKM Tech,” “we,” “us”), the company that operates the Snipsy software platform (“Snipsy,” the “Service”), collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you create an account, use the Service, or visit snipsy.app.

Information we collect
When you sign up for or use Snipsy, we may collect:
- Account information — your name, email address, business name, and phone number.
- Business data you enter into Snipsy — your clients, pets, appointments, services, prices, and notes. This data belongs to you; we hold it on your behalf so the Service can function.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Communications — emails and text messages you exchange with us, including support conversations.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs collected automatically when you use the Service.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- Send transactional account messages (account verification, payment and subscription notifications, security alerts, and support replies) by email and, where you have consented, by SMS;
- Provide customer support and respond to requests you initiate;
- Process payments through Stripe;
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse;
- Comply with legal obligations.
SMS / text messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS, Snipsy may send you account-related text messages (such as verification codes, payment notifications, and support replies). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on account activity. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Snipsy message. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@arkmtech.com.
No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support Snipsy's operations (described below) excludes any use for their own marketing.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers we rely on to operate Snipsy, including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Twilio (SMS delivery), and Stripe (payments). These providers act on our instructions and are contractually limited in how they may use the data.
- Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ARKM Tech, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the acquirer agreeing to honor this Privacy Policy.
Data retention
We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing info@arkmtech.com.
Your choices
- Access and correction — you can view and edit most account information directly inside Snipsy.
- SMS opt-out — reply STOP to any Snipsy text message, or contact us.
- Account deletion — email info@arkmtech.com and we will delete your account and associated data, subject to records we are required by law to keep.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Children
Snipsy is not intended for use by children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify account holders by email or by a notice within the Service. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
